Livongo Diabetes Management Program: Offers members a no-cost solution for managing type 2 diabetes to help lower A1c and improve overall health. This program is an integrated digital system comprised of connected technologies offering expert 1:1 telephonic health coaching, digital blood glucose monitor, in-app messaging with 24/7 monitoring and support, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, and emotional health monitoring tools.
