Paid time off (PTO)

Summary of Coverage

The intention of PTO is to be used for short periods of time away as well as to supplement other programs when more time away is needed. Whether it is a day off to connect with friends and family, a few days off while you are not feeling at your best, a day off to volunteer and give back to your community or a week away to rest and restore, Corewell Health pays you while you are away. This time is used for personal, sick and vacation time.


Eligible team members start earning PTO on their hire or transfer date.
